Booking and Payment

The application for  booking   has to be  sent to the office of  TREDY COMPANY sas   – Via   S. Lucia 15  Sorrento   (Naples)   ITALY   CAP 80067  Fax: ++39(0)81/5321145  E-mail: info@sorrento-italy.net  .   
- For the binding application it is sufficient to communicate us Your credit card number, as guarantee,  and You’ll pay everything directly on Your arrival. 
- In case You don’t come after Your reservation and You have communicated us Your credit card number, automatically the 50% of the whole sum will be taken from Your bank account.
- Another solution  to book an apartment is to make a down payment  (50 % of the whole sum) by wire  transfer. The rest of the sum  (50 %) will be paid on Your arrival.
If  You don’t come after Your reservation by wire transfer, no reimbursement will be given back.
- Anyhow, if You wish to rent an apartment, we are ready to find with You any other way of payment to satisfy Your needs.

In case You interrupt Your holiday after its beginning for any reason, no reimbursement (100% of the sum) will be given back.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENTS
Clients   have to   carry with them  their own individual  passports (or another document) when they arrive for making the check-in easier.

DELIVERY OF THE DWELLING
The houses are delivered after  16.00 at  the arrival of the clients and they  are left within 10.00 at the departure  of them. Weeks go normally from    Saturday to Saturday . But   TREDY Company  will try to satisfy the  clients’ wishes   when   it   is possible. When they arrive, people have to  pay an additional cost  for electricity , running water etc. Besides clients will  leave a bond  (caution money) on their arrival and it will be given back on their   departure. The dwelling   won’t be delivered if the number of  the clients is bigger than the number communicated  by TREDY Company at the moment of the reservation .

FEATURES OF THE  DWELLING
The dwellings are furnished as holiday houses. So clients  could   find   not all the comforts  they  have at home. Besides, all the  electric appliances  are precisely mentioned  on the web site.

CUSTOMER   SERVICE AND COMPLAINS
TREDY Company will give steady assistance to the clients in case  of problems. Anyway they will receive a phone number for any help. Clients have  to communicate to the organiser  any difference or problem  as regards the dwelling  they have  paid for as soon as possible: so every  problem can be solved right away.

RESPONSABILITY OF THE CLIENTS
Clients have to take care of the dwelling,  pieces of furniture and all the objects in it. They will  be considered responsible for any damage of them. 

CHANGES AT THE ARRIVAL OF THE CLIENTS
If for any reason owing to a cause beyond control, on the arrival of the clients  the organiser can’t supply them with the apartment or villa already booked,  alternative solutions  will be offered in dwellings of the same or higher price without  paying any extra charge.  In case the standard of the dwelling is lower than that one already booked, TREDY Company will give clients the difference of money back.
